Conversion application process through proper systematic counseling from all kinds of inbound leads in form of:

Incoming calls, Incoming sms and mails, Incoming walk-ins, Leads from internet and Radio activities, Outgoing calls and references etc.

Daily Sales Plan, Daily Sales Report, Pipeline /Lead Management in your Leads, Proper Attendance

Proper Interaction with Academic Program Manager & Faculty to get the feedback on quality of students being sourced to maintain high quality of students

Provide inputs to Academic team for launching appropriate programs as per demand from the students

To collect feedback and send a daily report to the reporting Manager regarding:

No of calls made with a minimum daily standard, No of interested enquiries, No of admissions for the day, No of references for the day and No of walk-ins for the day.

Maintain very healthy relation with the current students so as to get references.

Participate whole heartedly in all the events/ exhibitions/ career fairs/ seminars and generate leads

Participate in the online marketing by creating daily basis measurable

Blogs, Communities, Social circles on face book, Writing scraps and pokes etc

Take references from existing and prospective students

Actively call and counsel more and more number of candidates through:
